Restraint is the cosmetic choice.

The cosmetic dentistry we're proudest of usually involves four to eight units — not a full-mouth reset. We'll often recommend alignment plus whitening plus minimal bonding before we recommend veneers, because that combination preserves your own teeth and typically looks more natural.

Dr. Julian Keita leads cosmetic at Vantara. He's AACD-track and holds a master's in prosthodontics. His working rule: if a patient's friends notice the dentistry, the dentistry failed.

Least invasive, first.

In-office whitening

Professional-grade hydrogen peroxide gel, cured chairside. Four to eight shade improvement in ~75 minutes.

Custom take-home trays

Precision-fit trays made from intraoral scan + pro-strength gel. Two-week at-home protocol, gentler on sensitivity.

$380 · Trays + 2 gel syringes

Composite bonding

Hand-sculpted composite for chips, small gaps, and shape refinement. Minimally invasive, typically reversible, single-visit.

$395–$725 per tooth

Porcelain veneers (E.max)

Lab-milled lithium-disilicate veneers, typically 0.5–0.7mm. Hand-finished by a master ceramist. We'll recommend veneers only when bonding and alignment won't get you there.

Smile design & mock-up

Before we touch a tooth: digital smile preview, 3D mock-up, and — for veneer cases — a trial-smile you wear for 48 hours. Approval is entirely yours.

Gum reshaping (aesthetic crown lengthening)

For "gummy" smiles or uneven gum lines. Often changes more than veneers would. Soft-tissue laser, minimal downtime.

Smile consult (60 min)

Photography, video of speech and smile, intraoral scan, and a long conversation. Your reference points — not ours.

Digital smile design

Software-based preview of the proposed outcome. Adjusted to match your face proportion, lip line, and personality.

Trial smile (the real one)

For veneer cases, we place a temporary mock-up over your actual teeth. You wear it for 48 hours. Live with it, photograph it, get friend reactions. Then we refine.

Place & polish

Two visits for veneers (prep + place). Bonding usually one visit. Every case photographed for your long-term record.
