Comprehensive exam

Visual, tactile, and radiographic. Your doctor does the exam — not a delegated reading.

Digital radiographs

Low-dose imaging on a three-year cadence unless clinically indicated. You'll see the images on screen with us.

Intraoral photography

Full photographic record. Year-over-year comparisons make drift visible before decay does.

Laser caries detection

Fluorescence reading per tooth — objective, repeatable. We watch or treat based on data, not opinion.

Hygiene cleaning

Ultrasonic + hand-scaling. Cadence matched to your actual periodontal risk — not every-six-months by default.

Fluoride & sealants (when indicated)

Adult fluoride varnish is one of the best-evidence caries-prevention tools. We use it when it'll help — not as a line item.

Oral cancer screening

Visual + palpation + enhanced-light screening at every recall. Takes ninety seconds. Could find something that matters.

Periodontal charting

Full pocket depth + bleeding mapping annually, partial at every recall. Early-stage gum disease is reversible. We catch it.

Custom nightguard (when indicated)

Bruxism & clenching wear thousands of dollars of dentistry per year. A nightguard is the best return-on-prevention in dentistry.

Recall cadence

Not every mouth needs a cleaning every six months.

Cleaning frequency should be based on your actual risk, not on insurance benefit cycles. Some patients come in every three months. Most every six. A few every nine. We'll tell you what your mouth needs — and why.

Every 3 months — history of periodontal disease, active bone loss, or immunocompromised
Every 4 months — heavy calculus, orthodontic retainers, or medically managed gum disease
Every 6 months — standard healthy adult baseline
Every 9 months — low-risk, low-calculus adults with excellent home care
