"I don't usually write long reviews but this one earned it. Walked in with four years of avoidance, a broken molar, and an assumption I'd be judged. The front-desk conversation was warm before I even sat down. Dr. Marsh spent forty minutes explaining options for the broken tooth — including one I'd never heard of — and wrote up three different plan phases at three different price points. I never felt sold to. Three months later everything is done, and I'm on their membership plan for life. If you've been putting this off: stop."
